悉尼大学商学院近期政策总结及建议

近期悉尼大学接连公布商科学院的各种通知，导致很多学生比较混乱或信息不全。我们总结了截至目前为止悉尼大学的商科政策，内容如下：

(1) 2010年第一学期悉尼商学院CET语言课程的位子已经全部满了，CET不再接受学生的交费，也不能出package 的CoE了。

(2) 接受2010年第一学期（3月）商学院MPA课程的截止日期：

      Master of Commerce/Master of Professional Accounting双学位课程，已经于2009年7月31日截止接受OFFER和交费，并且这个课程在2010-7月不再开设。

      Master of Professional Accounting课程（1.5年），申请截止日期是2009年6月1日，最终接受OFFER的日期推迟为2009年8月31日，学生需要在8月31日以前填写FULL OFFER中的Acceptance Form并交纳首笔学费。

(3)申请2010年第一学期（3月）商学院以下课程，截止日期为2009年8月31日，此后的申请将不被接受。

     Master of Commerce
     Master of Commerce/Master of Facilities Management
     Master of Commerce/Master of Logistics Management

(4) 悉尼大学自2010-7月入学的学期开始，提高了商科的入学要求，对于非211的学生，要求大学平均成绩85%，并且提供毕业证、学位证以及成绩单的清华认证。且不再开设Master of Commerce/Master of Professional Accounting课程。

(5) 由于悉尼大学所有的延期申请、转专业申请，学校都视为一个新的申请，所以对于已经获得悉尼大学2010-3月入学condition offer的学生，现在若申请延期，学校全部按照新的入学条件来评估。并且，悉尼大学只能免费延期一次，如果学生延期2次，或者延期的课程超过一年，学生需要重新缴纳申请费。

益网建议：

悉尼大学近期连出消息，对很多学生的留学计划产生重大影响。受此影响而无法顺利入读2010年3月课程的这部分学生，目前有2种选择：一是选择其他学校：例如语言要求稍低，或者课程位置比较宽松的学校；二是选择延期到2010年7月开学，但需要注意的是，目前依然不接受MPA/MC课程的申请，且提高了对非211学校学生的入学要求。

对于需要换校的学生，我们另外推荐下述几所学校的会计课程 （皆为认证课程），供学生选择：

UNSW——Master of Professional Accounting (Extension), 2年 or Master of Professional Accounting, 1.5 年
推荐理由：悉尼地区除悉尼大学外的八大院校，尤其适合因悉尼大学语言班变化而受到影响的学生，校区坐落在紧邻悉尼市中心东面。

UTS——Master of Professional Accounting (Extended), 2年or Master of Business Administration，2年or Master of Professional Accounting，1.5年
推荐理由：无需学术背景及工作经验，学校审理速度快，地处悉尼市中心，交通便利。

UOW——Master of Commerce/Master of Professional Accounting，2年 or Master of Professional Accounting，1.5年
推荐理由：双学位课程，无需学术背景及工作经验，学校审理速度快，地处新南威尔士州卧龙岗市，环境优美。

UWS——Master of Accountancy(16门课)，2年 or Master of Vocational Accounting（14门课）, 2年，or Master of Professional Accounting, 1.5 年
推荐理由：课程录取条件灵活，Master of Accountancy接受三年专升硕，校区位于悉尼市西部，生活费便宜。

La Trobe——Master of Financial Analysis/Master of Professional Accounting，2-2.5年， or Master of Accounting and Financial Management，2年 or Master of Professional Accounting，1.5年
推荐理由：澳洲十佳大学之一，学费比较便宜，校区为墨尔本班杜拉校区，离市中心仅半小时车程。

Deakin——Master of Professional Accounting/Master of Commerce, 2年or Master of Professional Accounting, 1.5 年
推荐理由：双学位的课程设置与悉尼大学的双学位的课程设置相似度达90%，每年3次开学，学费较为便宜。

UTAS——Master of Professional Accounting (Specialisation)，2年 or Master of Professional Accounting，1.5年
推荐理由：雅思要求低，学费便宜，更可申请高达25%学费的奖学金，地处塔斯马尼亚州，有偏远地区加分。
