请问上面的GPA 4.5要求是不是平均分95啊，也太夸张了吧

UQ采用7分制，4分及格。
对于中国学生，如果是211院校的，基本上要求平均分75分以上；非211院校的，要平均分80分以上。

这个念完以后可以考澳洲的CPA吗？
还有，请问UQ的这个专业是CPA认证的吗？

是的，非211院校的学生，申请UQ商科，平均分要在80分以上

UQ的Master of Commerce-Accounting是受CPA认证的，学完后可以拿到Associated Member，读完后可以继续去参加CPA的考试。
